Recipe for 4 burgers (450 g patty mixture)

150 g vegan&moi
300 g ice cold water
4 burger buns
some lettuce
1 tomate
8 gherkin slices
onion rings
4 slices of vegan cheese substitute
Ketchup or other sauces to taste

Add water to the mixture and stir well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Let soak for at least 15 minutes and in the meantime wash and slice the vegetables. Form 4 burger patties and fry in vegetable fat for a total of about 5 minutes on each side. Further preparation analogous to classic burger.
