Rezept for about 20 pieces

150 g vegan&moi
300 g ice cold water
10 g chieves in fine rings
fresh puff pastry, approx. 270 g

Mix the chives with the vegan&moi mix. Add water to the mixture and stir well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to soak for at least 15 minutes. Cut the puff pastry sheet in half. Spread mixture on about ¾ of each sheet, spreading water on the rest. Roll up puff pastry. Cut slices approx. 1.5-2 cm thick and place on baking sheets with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The mini-buns can be frozen raw or baked.
