Recipe for 12-14 pieces

150 g vegan&moi
300 g ice cold water
10 g chopped parsley
750 g dumpling dough half & half

Mix chopped parsley with the vegan&moi mix. Add water to the mixture and mix well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. Form 12-14 balls. Form 12-14 balls from the dumpling dough. Press an indentation in the center of each one, put a ball in it and form it into a round dumpling again. Flatten the dumplings a bit with the help of 2 kitchen or spreading pallets and shape them into squares. Fry the potato pralines in vegan butter until nice and crispy on both sides, about 5 minutes total per side. This goes well with mushroom and leek vegetables, for example.
