Hygge
the taste of winter
The aroma and flavors of our “Hygge” make the winter heart beat a little faster. Complete the bread with raisins, walnuts or hazelnuts and offer your customers a piece of winter coziness for the palate. The apple pieces already included in the mix provide extra juiciness.
Hygge
a bread that tastes of coziness
The term “hygge”, which originates from Danish, encompasses and combines the good feeling of candlelight, being together with loved ones, good food and coziness. Part of this Danish tradition has recently begun to spill over more and more into Germany. After all, who wouldn’t want to be infected by this good, cozy feeling?
finest spices
Alongside cinnamon, aniseed and fennel, cardamom provides a special, wintery aroma. Typical of Asian cuisine, the spicy, sweet and pungent cardamom is better known in Europe for its wintery, Christmassy baked goods. One of the most famous Swedish pastries, Kanelbullar, also owes its special taste to this particular spice, which originates from India.
