Recipe for 2 pizzas

100 g vegan&moi
200 g ice cold water
1 tsp. Italian spice mix
2 tomatoes coarsely diced
approx. 100-150 g strained tomatoes (depending on the size of the pizza bases)
2 pizza bases

Suggestion for topping:
10 cherry tomatoes halved
10 olives halved
200 g vegan grated cheese substitute
vegan pesto
basil leaves

Mix the spice mixture with the vegan&moi mix. Add water to the mixture and mix well right away so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. Put the whole mixture in a pan with hot vegetable fat and fry until hot, then use a cooking spoon to break up the mixture a little and continue frying until the mixture is crumbly and starts to color a little. Add diced tomatoes and continue to fry for about 1 minute, then stir 2 tablespoons of the strained tomatoes into the mixture and remove pan from heat.
Spread little tomato sauce on pizzas, spread veggiecu mixture and top with desired ingredients.
