Le terme \u00ab\u00a0hygge\u00a0\u00bb, d’origine danoise, \u00e9voque et associe le sentiment agr\u00e9able de la lueur des bougies, de la compagnie des gens que l’on aime, de la bonne nourriture et de la convivialit\u00e9. Depuis peu, une partie de cette tradition danoise s’\u00e9tend de plus en plus \u00e0 l’Allemagne. Outre la cannelle, l’anis et le fenouil, la cardamome conf\u00e8re un ar\u00f4me particulier et hivernal. Typique de la cuisine asiatique, la cardamome \u00e9pic\u00e9e, douce et piquante est plut\u00f4t connue en Europe pour les p\u00e2tisseries hivernales et de No\u00ebl.
