Recipe for approx. 1.5 kg chili
150 g vegan&moi mix
300 g ice cold water
1 medium onion diced
2 garlic cloves finely diced
1 large bell bell pepper coarsely diced
100 g fresh tomatoes finely chopped
1 can of corn (approx. 150 g)
1 can of kidney beans (approx. 200 g)
1 unit of chunky or strained tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
cayenne pepper, pepper, paprika powder sweet, chili powder/dried chilies
if necessary some vegetable broth to dilute.
Add water to the mixture and stir well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. The Chili sin Carne can now be prepared analogous to the original recipe with minced meat.
