Recipe for 500 g mass

150 g Veggiecus mix
300 g ice cold water
40 g onion/scallion (brunoise)
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 tsp paprika powder noble sweet
½ tsp paprika powder rose hot

Mix the onion, garlic as well as the spices with the veggiecus mix. Add water to the mixture and mix well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. Portion the mixture and form cevapcici. Fry cevapcici in vegetable fat from all sides until they have taken a nice color, frying time total about 7 minutes.

Classic side dishes: Ajvar, bell pepper and onion rings, tomato slices.
