Recipe for 6 skewers

150 g vegan&moi
300 g ice cold water
5 wheat tortillas (diameter approx. 20 cm)

Add water to the mix and stir well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. If you like, you can mix the dry mixture with herbs or spices beforehand. Spread the vegan&moi mixture evenly on the tortillas, leaving a margin of about 1 cm all around. Roll up tortillas as tightly as possible. Cut away the empty ends of the rolls. Cut 6 pieces from each roll. Skewer 5 pieces per skewer, lying flat. Now fry the skewers in hot vegetable fat from both sides for about 4-5 minutes or place on the grill and grill from both sides.
